Game Splinter Cell : Pandora Tomorrow ini bercerita tentang Pasukan AS yang menjadi terlibat dalam konflik antara pemerintah Timor Timur dan gerilyawan Indonesia. Pemimpin milisi Suhadi Sadono telah membuat dirinya tak tersentuh.

Digunakan oleh sayap top-rahasia NSA (National Security Agency) yang dikenal sebagai Eselon Ketiga, Sam Fisher adalah bidang operasi tunggal didukung oleh tim terpencil. Dia didakwa dengan menyelamatkan dunia, dan itu permainan berisiko tinggi. Jika ia gagal, AS akan menyangkal pengetahuan tentang keberadaannya.

Fisher harus mempertahankan dan membantu militer AS sampai Sadono bisa dinetralkan dan faksi gerilya dipenggal.

6.Agar game dapat di mainkan, double klik pada file "_GO.bat"
